Terms and Conditions
Delivery policy
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 days from receipt
of a purchase order and a payment in some cases. Larger
orders and jobs requiring special finishing may take
longer. Lead times and delivery date will be given on
confirmation of the order. Jobs are dispatched by standard
post whenever possible and customers in the UK can expect
delivery within 5 working days. A courier service is
available upon request and will be charged separately
– please note that we cannot guarantee delivery
times provided by 3rd party courier services used and
we cannot be held responsible for consequential loss
or costs incurred due to late delivery by any third
party couriers. Collection from our offices can also
be arranged.
Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
If not satisfied with the quality of work carried out,
customers can call 020 7500 7699 to discuss their issues.
Replacement goods can be arranged subject to prior agreement.
London Displays reserves the right
to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against
any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Cancellations
of orders made in writing are accepted before the processing
of the job. Once the job is started, no cancellation
can be accepted.
Payment terms
All goods remain the property of Lodnon Displays
until full payment is received. Payments are
accepted in British pounds only. Payments can be made
by credit card, or cheque with all orders at time of
placing the order. Cheques should be made payable to
‘London Displays’. BACS
